2021-05-25 09:21:40 <ueshiba-h96qp@mlit.go.jp> [EXTERNAL] Ishioka stopped CRF124 and cannot observe R11000

Dear Colleagues,

Ishioka cannot observe the R11000 because of antenna motor trouble.

The trouble happened during the CRF124 and we stopped the observation at 23:23 on May 24.
The rotation speed of one of the EL motors reached an abnormal value and the antenna was stopped by its safety system.
The cause of the problem is currently being investigated by the manufacture.

We will prepare the data of the CRF124 Ishioka was able to observe for correlation.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Best Regards,
Haruka Ueshiba

No done. Because of the national mission. In addition, the equipment of distribution cabinet is damaged and the voltage is unstable, so the observation cannot be carried out.
